1. Promoter:

This promotion is conducted by Link Foods Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Jack Link’s Australia) ABN 32 081 070 368 of Level 1, Suite 1.02, 2 Banfield Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are eligible to participate in the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion. Participants aged under 18 years may participate only with parental or legal guardian supervision. Access to the game for participants under 18 is conditional upon guardian details being provided via the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion portal. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is conditional upon acceptance of both these Terms & Conditions and the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion Terms & Conditions, which operate concurrently and are available at: https://www.jacklinks.com.au/wtf-promo-terms-and-conditions

3. Promotional Period:

The game opens at 12:01am (AEDT) on 12 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 April 2026 (“Game Period”).The game will be accessible via the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion portal for the full duration of the Game Period. Participation in this game is conditional upon acceptance of both these Terms & Conditions and the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion Terms & Conditions, which operate concurrently and are available at: https://www.jacklinks.com.au/wtf-promo-terms-and-conditions

4. Game Access & Credits:

The game is accessible online via the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion portal. Participants may play the game at any time during the Game Period; however, score submission requires game credits.

  • 1 credit = 1 score submission
  • Credits are earned by entering a valid unique code obtained through the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion
  • Codes are single-use only
  • Credits have no cash value
  • Unused credits do not roll over after the Game Period ends
  • There is no limit to the number of credits a participant may use per week

5. Game Mechanics & Scoring:

This is a game of skill. Scores are final once submitted and cannot be amended or appealed. Submitted scores are ranked against other participants’ scores submitted during the same weekly period. If two or more participants achieve the same score, the participant who submitted their score first (based on system timestamp) will be ranked higher on the leaderboard. The Promoter’s determination of scores and rankings is final and binding.

6. Weekly Leaderboard

A live leaderboard will display the Top 10 scores for each week of the Game Period.

  • Each weekly leaderboard runs from Monday 12:01am to Sunday 11:59pm
  • The leaderboard resets automatically at midnight each Sunday
  • There are 15 weekly leaderboards in total

7. Prizes:

Weekly Winner (1st Place)Each weekly leaderboard winner will receive one (1) Jack Link’s “Ultimate Jack Pack”, which includes:

  • 1 × Jack Link’s Cooler Kit
  • 10 × packs of Jack Link’s product
  • 1 × pair of Sasquatch Slippers
  • 1 × Jack Link’s Cap

Total value: $300 AUD per prize
Total winners: 15
Total value: $4,500 AUD Weekly Runner-Ups (2nd–10th Place)Each weekly runner-up will receive:

  • 1 × Jack Link’s Cap
  • 5 × packs of Jack Link’s product

Total value: $50 AUD per prize
Total runner-up prizes: 135
Total value: $6,750 AUD Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.

8. Winner Notification & Fulfilment:

Weekly winners and runner-ups will be notified via email on the Monday following the close of each weekly leaderboard, using the email address submitted via the Jack Link’s WTF Promotion portal. Winners and runner-ups must respond within 14 days of notification, providing valid delivery address details. Once address details are confirmed, prize fulfilment will occur within four (4) weeks.

9. Unclaimed & Forfeited Prizes:

If a winner or runner-up does not respond within the 14-day response window, providing all required prize delivery details, the prize will be deemed forfeited. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact eligible winners. Any forfeited prize may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be awarded to another eligible participant or otherwise disposed of. No compensation will be provided for forfeited prizes.

10. Fair Play & Disqualification:

Participants must not engage in cheating, manipulation, automated play, use of bots or scripts, multiple account creation, or any conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the game. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants, remove scores, or withhold prizes if such behaviour is suspected.

11. Tax & Liability:

There are no tax implications for winners in relation to prizes awarded under this promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any misuse of prizes.

12. General:

The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system errors, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Participation in this game constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
