Shipping Rates Australia

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $130
• $9 flat-rate standard shipping for orders under $130
• $15 Express Post available at checkout

We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders as fast as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day, though this may take a little longer during peak periods.

If there are any delays, we’ll communicate this via the product page and/or a site banner.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• NSW, VIC, QLD: 2–4 business days
• NT, WA, SA, TAS: 3–6 business days

Please allow extra transit time during peak periods.

Entered the wrong address?
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double check your order confirmation email. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Where’s my order?
If your snacks are taking the scenic route, get in touch and we’ll track them down for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Jack Link’s Australia currently ships within Australia only.
