If you believe you’ve received a product with a quality issue, please keep the product and contact our team as soon as possible so we can investigate.
When getting in touch, please include:
- The product name
- Where it was purchased
- A brief description of the issue
If a return is required, we’ll cover the cost and arrange this with you. Depending on the outcome, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations & Change of Mind
We’re unable to cancel orders or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
That said, if your order has not yet been processed and you contact our support team as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel or refund it.
