WIN 1 of 3 Jack Link's Kits - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by JACK LINK'S - AUSTRALIA (the "Promoter"), located at Level 1, Suite 1.01/2 Banfield Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory) and New Zealand, aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants aged under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into further agreements as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion.
• Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 01:00 (AEST) on 13/02/2026 and closes at 23:59 (AEST) on 13/03/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid. Competition dates may be extended at the discretion of the Promotor.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Step 1 - Follow [@jacklinksanz] on Instagram.
2. Step 2 - Like the competition post.
3. Step 3 (Optional) - For additional entries, comment on the post and tag one or more friends.

• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry tags a different person.
• Entries must be submitted from a public profile to be eligible.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize Details

There are three (3) Jack Link’s Prize Kits available to be won.
Each winner will receive one (1) Prize Kit, which includes:

• Two (2) inner cartons of Jack Link’s product (20 x 40g packs)
• One (1) Limited Edition Jack Link’s Soft Cooler Kit
• One (1) pair of Jack Link’s Sasquatch Slippers
• One (1) Jack Link’s Cap

Each Prize Kit has a total retail value of $350 AUD.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• This is a game of chance, and winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place at 11:00 on 16/03/2026 at Level 1, Suite 1.01/2 Banfield Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia.
• The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.
• The winners must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.
• If required, a redraw will take place at 12:00 20/03/2026, and the new winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

• If a winner does not respond within the 7-day response window, providing all required prize delivery details, the prize will be deemed forfeited. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact eligible winners. Any forfeited prize may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be awarded to another eligible participant or otherwise disposed of. No compensation will be provided for forfeited prizes.

8. Permit Requirements

• This competition complies with relevant state laws in Australia and does not require a trade promotion permit in QLD, NSW (under $10,000), VIC, WA, SA (under $5,000), or TAS.
• No permit is required in New Zealand under the Gambling Act 2003, provided the competition is free to enter and prizes are awarded by random draw.
• This promotion is not open to residents of the Northern Territory.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may collect, store, and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia)

10. Social Media Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
• Entrants release Instagram/Facebook from all responsibility related to the competition.

11. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or disruptions beyond its control.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
